To help us serve all our clients effectively, we kindly ask that you provide sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee.

Missed Appointments without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

How to Cancel or Reschedule Appointments

Please call the clinic at (705) 444-0880 or email at info@thephysiohub.ca

Please leave a voicemail or email if you are contacting us outside of office hours.

Why do we have a cancellation policy? Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent other patients from accessing care and disrupt our scheduling. This policy helps us provide the best possible service to everyone in need.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

I was born and raised in England and that is where I achieved my Masters in Physiotherapy. Having worked in the UK for a number of years, I recently moved to the Collingwood area. I am an active person and hope to set a good example for my patients so that they can maintain an active lifestyle for as long as possible.

I love to work with patients who play racquet sports and golf. I attended university in the States on a Tennis Scholarship and use my knowledge and experience to help people maintain their game, perform at their best and prevent injuries.

As well as racquet sport injuries, I have experience in treating those recovering post- operatively and those with musculoskeletal injuries limiting their day-to-day activities. I see physiotherapy as predominantly exercise-based, where we work together as a team to reach a meaningful goal.

Only having moved overseas from England in August 2022, I am still adventuring my way around Collingwood. I am quickly getting to explore the area by running, hiking and paddleboarding. However, most of the time you’ll likely find me on the golf course.

I enjoy the challenge of providing treatment for clients who are suffering from issues related to the vestibular system which is located in the inner ear. Symptoms can be described as dizziness, light-headedness, feeling off- balance or feeling like a “bobble-head.”

I am also passionate about providing treatment for clients with neurological conditions including stroke, head injury, and spinal cord injury. I have completed post-graduate specialized courses in Bobath training as well as received advanced Neuro-developmental treatment certifications.

My physiotherapy focus is on getting people back to what they love doing from sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems. Whether this be returning from injury and getting back on the pitch for the big game, or wanting to being able to cook without elbow pain, I get the same buzz from helping you reach your goals.

I have experience with a range of conditions, and further training in manual therapy, exercise and dry needling. I take an active approach to physio and rehab, which means you will be moving, exercising and involved in your own recovery process.

Outside of the clinic I am an active person. I grew up playing every sport I could find, mainly football (soccer), and now I split my time between running, being in the gym, and playing golf as much as possible.

I am married to my Physio Hub partner in crime Robyn, and we have a little guy, Jack. We love heading up to the family cottage, and exploring the Georgian Bay area for hikes, trails, beaches, coffee shops, and local breweries :).
